Hi, I will be coming to the Royalton Hotel for an extended stay -- hopefully about 4 months if all goes well. What do I need to do to get signed up with you? If you are as good as everyone says you are, then laundry will be one less thing for me to worry about....Looking forward to my time in Shanghai! See you Feb. 15.

Daniel left tonight on a plane, yes, he really did; and with the suit case that you folks so expertly and efficiently repaired for us. Yes, I admit it; I was a little desperate last week. Here, he came back with a broken handle on his roll-aboard and was due to leave again to Munich, then London in 5 days. Where on earth in Shanghai can I get his case repaired? I had images in my head of Daniel running through airports with his suit and tie carrying this huge suit case under his arm. But, at last, you guy took care of everything. Thank you so much. Now I know why you folks are the Super Valet – Dry Clean, Quick Personal Laundry and EVEN Luggage Repair. My hat is off to you. Thanks!
