I didn't think I would be reviewing a dry cleaner, especially of all places, in SHANGHAI; but here I am. I found Clothe Spa after searching for a place that would take care of my laundry without, eh hemmm, taking me to the cleaners. David’s Clothes Spa was the place! He's friendly, speaks perfect English and also very knowledgeable about Shanghai, if you need help with getting around.
Anyway, so this is the place for your laundry needs! The price which is 59 RMB for 5 kilos of clothes is extremely reasonable and they would even pickup and deliver back the next day. This beats the hell out of the exorbitant fees hotels charge for laundry. And you clothes arrive back to you perfectly folded and in these fancy tissue paper that high class boutiques use.
Daniel left tonight on a plane, yes, he really did; and with the suit case that you folks so expertly and efficiently repaired for us. Yes, I admit it; I was a little desperate last week. Here, he came back with a broken handle on his roll-aboard and was due to leave again to Munich, then London in 5 days. Where on earth in Shanghai can I get his case repaired? I had images in my head of Daniel running through airports with his suit and tie carrying this huge suit case under his arm. But, at last, you guy took care of everything. Thank you so much. Now I know why you folks are the Super Valet – Dry Clean, Quick Personal Laundry and EVEN Luggage Repair. My hat is off to you. Thanks!

Do not use SpaWash. Your garments will not be handle with the appropriate cleaning process needed for your particular fabrics. I have been doing business with Spa Wash for over one year. My bill averages 700 to 800 RMB every two weeks. I have had numerous issues with their skill set services and my garments. I have tried to be understanding; and thus continue to use their services.
Unfortunately, SpaWash has never and refuses to be held accountable for damages inflicted by their lack of adequate dry cleaning. This is to inform anyone and everyone of their consistent inadequate dry cleaning services.
Yes you are a dry cleaners, thus you provide this service at very high cost. But, the least you could do is provide better customer service, it SUCKS!!!!!!!
