It is very hard to find professional shoe repair services in Shanghai but David Ho, proprietor at Spawash runs a great service for shoe repair and dry cleaning. Not only are they highly professional but David personally has shown amazing passion for customer service. I had a pair of Jimmy Choos that needed heels repaired and when David found they could not do it in Shanghai, he brought my shoes to Hong Kong to get the heels fixed and now they look like new!
