A funny thing happened
A regular customer and his wife showed up asked if they could talk to me in private. I said “yes, sure,” and led them to my office. But as we approached the office, the gentleman said he would prefer to go into the bathroom. I showed him where it was, and he went inside....with his wife following behind. Needless to say, I was somewhat perplexed by this. Shortly after, his wife emerge with her husband's pants in her hands. Now it began to make sense to me. They were on their way to work, and somehow he managed to rip the seat of his pants. He had an important meeting at the office, so he didn't have much time, and he certainly couldn't show up with eh, tattered clothes. I brought the man a chair so he could wait comfortably in the bathroom. Less than 15 minutes later, the man was on his way to work with no rip in his pants. With his quick thinking and our committment to our customers, a big problem was easily avoided. And what was our charge for this service? Nothing.
